Henry Graham, Esq.

Henry Graham, Esq. is a native New Yorker specializing in Commercial and Real Estate Litigation, including Foreclosure Defense. He is licensed in the New York state courts and in the Southern and Eastern Federal Districts.
He earned a BS with a Business Certificate from the Indiana University Kelley School, a JD with honors from Touro Law Center, and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from George Washington Law School. He has held roles at commercial litigation firms and at Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, and was a partner at Cooper & Paroff P.C.
With deep experience representing both lenders and homeowners, he effectively resolves complex foreclosure and litigation matters.

Sergey Davydov, Esq.

Sergey Davydov, Esq. is Of Counsel to the Shalit Group and is admitted to practice in New York. He advises clients on real estate transactions, complex landlord-tenant litigation, and business and corporate transactions.
With a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and an undergraduate degree from Queens College, City University of New York, Mr. Davydov represents property owners, management companies, and tenants in New York City and the surrounding metropolitan area, including Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester. His experience in real estate litigation gives his transactional clients a competitive edge in their real estate and business transactions.
Whether a client is facing a nuisance holdover, nonpayment action, or breach of lease action, Mr. Davydov’s motion and trial victories in complex litigation matters have earned him a reputation for obtaining favorable resolutions.
